Lossing weight can be very challeging especially when you have tried diffrent diet plan and nothing to show for it. The secret here is to eat requlary inorder to trick your body to loose weight. I have tried this plan and it worked for me. I lost 5kg in 7days.

I have prepared a week plan for you, try it and let me know if it worked for you.
Day 1-7
8am- 9am- 1/2 Bananna and green tea with lemon nad honey
9am-11am-1/2 Bananna and PG or Lipton tea ( maximum of one bananna a day)
Drink as much tea/water as you like
11am- 12pm- 3 crakers biscuit/crackerbread with water/tea/green tea
12-1pm- Drink tea and 1 apple or pear (not both)
1pm-2pm- Have one pot of 0% fat free yougurt or mixed nuts (not both) and tea
2pm-4pm- Drink tea and 2 crackers
5pm-7pm- Eat popcorn and drink tea/water or ornflakes (not both)
7pm -9pm- If hungry eat 1 buscuit and tea
9pm - Go to bed
If you are not hungry do not eat!
Do not carry on after 7days.
